Onnen Solutions LTD is registered in England and Wales, company number 17275906. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are the data controller for the information described in this notice. You can reach us at hello@onnen.co.uk.
What we collect
If you contact us through the form on this site or by email, we receive the details you provide: your name, company, email address and message. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard connection information such as IP addresses to serve and protect the site.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, with IP anonymisation enabled. You can opt out at any time by choosing Decline on the analytics banner; your choice is stored in your browser and analytics stays off on every future visit. Declining does not affect any functionality. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will appear again.
How we use it
We use your details solely to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work you engage us for. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not send marketing, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to two years so that we can refer back to it if you return to us, then deleted. Records belonging to client engagements are kept for the duration of the engagement and for six years afterwards, in line with our contractual and tax obligations.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email hello@onnen.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
